South County will get a new place for country dancing on Aug. 14 when Blazin’ Saddles opens at 25192 Cabot Road in Laguna Hills. A renovated sports bar, the club will start out playing recorded Top 40 country hits but eventually will book live bands, mostly from Orange County, according to general manager Tony Costanzo. There will be a 700-square-foot dance floor and nightly dance lessons, and lunch and dinner will be served; children will be admitted until 10 p.m. (714) 380-7175.
