Solar Electric Engineering to Buy Nordskog Electric Vehicles: The rapidly expanding company, headquartered in Sebastopol, Calif., announced that it is acquiring Redlands-based Nordskog Electric Vehicles, a maker of industrial electric vehicles. The deal will involve an undisclosed amount of cash and stock, said Don Bright of Solar Electric. Solar Electric, which converts passenger cars to electric power, will expand its line to include Nordskog’s small industrial vehicles, larger trucks, vans and shuttle buses.
