Intellectual Property Rights Courts Established: The Beijing government has created two special courts to handle legal disputes on the subject, court officials said. It is the latest in a series of efforts to end rampant piracy of computer software, musical recordings, trademarks and designs that has caused some foreign companies--especially high-tech ones--to shun the China market.
