The Rev. Norman V. Braatz of Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in La Habra will be honored for his 30 years in the ministry during a special “Praise to God” worship service Sunday. Bishop Robert Miller, dean of the Pacifica Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, will give the sermon.
