Eagle Rock : Education Forum Tonight

U.S. Rep. Xavier Becerra (D-Los Angeles) will hold a town hall meeting tonight on education, one of several “federal issues of critical importance” along with health care reform and the economy.
The session will begin at 7 p.m. at Herrick Hall, Occidental College, 1600 Campus Road.
Becerra will discuss the economy and federal budget at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Community Meeting Hall, 3200-A W. Temple St. in Los Angeles; and health care reform at 7 p.m. on Aug. 26 at the Boyle Heights Senior Center, 2839 E. 3rd St. Information: (213) 550-8962.
