Volunteers Needed for Park Cleanup

The city is seeking volunteers Saturday for a cleanup day at Recreation Park, which is adjacent to Harding Park at Harvard Boulevard and Ventura Street.
Workers are needed from 9 a.m. to noon to paint benches, trim trees and bushes and pick up litter. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing and bring gloves.
Individuals or organizations willing to participate may contact the city’s Community Services Department at 933-4217.
