Official in Chechnya Dies in Army Clash

The Kremlin-affiliated deputy minister of emergency services in Chechnya was killed in a clash with Russian soldiers in the Chechen capital, Russian news reports said.
Ruslan Yunusov, the Emergency Situations Ministry official, died after confronting a military reconnaissance vehicle that entered the yard of the ministry’s main office in Grozny, the reports said.
The Interfax news agency said two soldiers have been detained.
