Slain Woman Is Found in Apartment Driveway

A North Hills woman was found fatally shot early Friday in an apartment driveway, police said.
The body of Jacqueline Osterman, 54, was found at 4:46 a.m. with multiple gunshot wounds in the 8900 block of Columbus Avenue, police said. She was the mother of four grown children.
Officials don’t know of a motive and have made no arrests, Det. Mike Oppelt said.
