League of Women Voters to Discuss Trade Issues

The Ventura County League of Women Voters will meet to form a position on world trade.
The national League of Women Voters is updating its position on the subject and is seeking input from its local branches.
Among the issues to be discussed are the North American Free Trade Agreement, the environment and human rights.
The Ventura County chapter will meet Feb. 23 at 9 a.m. at the Camarillo Police Station, 3701 Las Posas Road, to discuss the issues.
Meetings will be held by the city chapters in Ojai, Ventura, Oxnard and Camarillo before February’s general meeting.
