On Feb. 15 daily parking rates will increase from $24 to $30 at LAX’s central terminal, from $5 to $8 at Lot B and from $7 to $10 at Lot C. The increases were ordered last week by the Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners. Daily parking rates were also raised for Ontario (Calif.) International Airport and Van Nuys Airport, effective Feb. 15.... Tours of Hoover Dam, canceled for security reasons since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, have started again.
