Man Gets 28 Years for Killing Wife

A man who killed his wife and then dragged her body through the streets of Inglewood with his van was sentenced to 28 years to life in prison Thursday.
Judge James Ideman sentenced Jude Paulinus Nwandu, 49, of Inglewood in Torrance Superior Court.
Inglewood police said Nwandu tied the body of Georgina Nwandu, 38, behind his van because he couldn’t lift her. Police on routine patrol saw Nwandu’s van stopped at an intersection.
