Refuge Named After Ex-Manager Killed 9/11

The headquarters building at the new Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge now carries the name of a former manager who died in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
President Bush signed a bill to name the building the Richard J. Guadagno Headquarters and Visitors Center.
Guadagno was killed aboard United Airlines Flight 93, which crashed in Pennsylvania after passengers attacked the hijackers.
