I have run into an unusual problem. Last summer I took a tour of the Warner Bros. studios. The guides forgot to collect my $27 fee.
Recently, I attempted to mail in the fee with a letter of explanation. However, the envelope came back unopened with a postal stamp saying that delivery was refused.
Oh, my dear conscience. Stop criticizing me. I tried with all my might to pay, but that is impossible in a paradise like the Greater Los Angeles area, where people simply refuse to accept money. I shall return to your delightful area soon. Of course, next time I’ll leave my wallet at home.
