Junior High Teacher Held in Molestation Case

A Blackstock Junior High School teacher has been arrested on suspicion of sexually molesting two former students from 1999 to 2001, police said.
Jose Felix, 28, of Oxnard remained in Ventura County Jail on Saturday on $500,000 bail. He will be arraigned Monday.
