Board Requests Anti-Terror Grant

The Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to request a $716,366 state grant to fight terrorism.
The money, already set aside by the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, will be used to buy special equipment to help respond to chemical and biological agents, as well as radiological and explosive devices.
