Veterans Day Holiday Programs Scheduled

Veterans Day celebrations will be held in Ventura and Oxnard on Monday.
In Oxnard, the day will begin with a free continental breakfast from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Speeches will start at 11 a.m. The program will be held in Oxnard’s Plaza Park at 5th and C streets. For details, call 983-3536.
In Ventura, Ivy Lawn Memorial Park’s annual program will begin at 10:30 a.m.
The memorial park is at 5400 Valentine Road. For details, call 642-2674.
