Border Agent Convicted in Smuggling Attempt

A veteran U.S. Border Patrol agent will face up to three years in prison for attempting to smuggle two undocumented immigrants into the United States.
A federal court jury deliberated for three hours Monday before finding Steven Joseph Flores, 48, guilty of three felony counts.
