Police Arrest Mother, Daughter in Burglaries

A mother-daughter duo dubbed the “Mommy & Me” burglars who police believe committed at least five home burglaries in Tustin and Irvine have been arrested, Irvine police said Thursday.
Arelina Rowe, also known as Arelina Brown, 25, of Tustin, was arrested last month after a search of her vehicle led to the recovery of stolen jewelry, authorities said.
Her mother, Angelina Brown, 44, of Tustin, was later arrested in connection with the same string of burglaries after police said stolen property was found at her home.
