After reading “Last of 3 Wild Condor Chicks Is Found Dead” (Oct. 23), remembering the other condors that have died from various causes and thinking about what could have been done with $35 million, a question came to my mind. Has it ever occurred to anyone, especially the tree-hugger conservationists, that perhaps Mother Nature really does know best?
