Sniper’s Weapon Doesn’t Worry Gun Advocates

People attending the TS Gun Show in Antioch aren’t worried about the Washington-area sniper’s choice in weaponry. They say simply owning a Bushmaster rifle won’t turn someone into a murderer.
Fear of the shootings that killed 10 and wounded three has fueled the gun-control debate once again. But people at Saturday’s show said there’s little difference between a rifle and peashooter if the result is murder.
California considers the Bushmaster rifle an assault weapon and banned it in 2000.
