Made in China

Your Oct. 20-22 series on China and the Oct. 25 letters published in response have it all wrong. No company ever made a penny moving its manufacturing and jobs to China. In fact, billions of dollars are spent from many company bank accounts building factories in China. No profit is made until the consumer buys an object manufactured in China. If you buy “Made in China,” they send more factories and jobs to China. If you don’t buy “Made in China,” they don’t move more factories and jobs.
