Condit Children Send Campaign Letter

U.S. Rep. Gary Condit’s children spent $5,250 on postage for a letter urging people to vote against Dennis Cardoza, who defeated Condit in the March primary.
Chad and Cadee Condit detailed their spending in reports, made public Monday, to the Federal Election Commission. The letter called Cardoza an opportunist who betrayed Condit, for whom Cardoza once worked.
