Library to Offer Creative Classes for Youths

Two free programs for youths 12 to 18 are being offered by the Thousand Oaks Library.
“Cartooning: The Art of Anime” will be offered at 7 p.m. Nov. 5. Participants will learn to draw their favorite cartoon characters. “Writing Careers in the Entertainment Industry” will begin at 7 p.m. Nov. 12 and will explore career possibilities in writing for show business.
Both programs will be in the Community Room at the library at 1401 E. Janss Road. To register or for more information, call 449-2660, Ext. 213.
