2 Strip Mall Eateries Hit by Autos in Half-Hour

Two restaurants in the same strip mall were hit by cars Saturday within 30 minutes of each other, police said.
A woman trying to park at Mimi’s in the 1200 block of North Euclid Avenue crashed into the building at 10 a.m., said Sgt. Rick Martinez. A couple eating inside suffered minor injuries, he said.
Half an hour later, a driver trying to park at Del Taco hit the building, police said. No injuries were reported.
