Power Outage at Airport Delays Dozens of Flights

A power outage at a Logan International Airport terminal in Boston shut down security screening systems and delayed dozens of flights.
The outage lasted more than four hours and was caused by a problem at two electrical substations, said Phil Orlandella, a spokesman for the Massachusetts Port Authority.
