State Will Trail Only Nevada in Slot Machines

Gov. Ed Rendell signed bills in Bensalem authorizing 61,000 slot machines in the state -- second only to Nevada.
The state’s share of revenue from the slot machines, which will be located at 14 sites, including seven racetracks, will be used to cut property taxes by an average 20%.
