Oracle Corp. named Harry You as its chief financial officer, completing a six-month search.
Redwood City, Calif.-based Oracle lured You from Accenture, a technology services consulting firm where he had been CFO since 2001. Before joining Accenture, You held corporate finance positions at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Bros.
Oracle’s shares declined 9 cents to $11.00 on Nasdaq.
