S&P; Raises Disney Outlook to ‘Stable’

Walt Disney Co., the second-largest U.S. media and entertainment company, had its outlook raised to “stable” from “negative” by Standard & Poor’s because of Disney’s expectations for higher earnings.
Disney shares fell 12 cents to $24.23 on the NYSE. They have risen 16% in the last year.
