Launch of Milosevic Defense Again Delayed

The start of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic’s defense has been postponed again because of his high blood pressure, the Hague war crimes tribunal said.
Milosevic was to open his defense Monday against charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes in the Balkans in the 1990s, but his doctor said he was not well enough to attend the hearing, already delayed several times. The trial was adjourned until Aug. 31, a tribunal spokesman said.
