Staubach L.A. Chief to Start Own Firm

Robert Chavez, president and chief executive of real estate brokerage Staubach Cos. Los Angeles for six years, resigned to start his own company.
Chavez and Staubach broker Jee-Young Tscha have formed Guardian Commercial Realty, a West Los Angeles brokerage that will specialize in representing tenants in lease transactions.
