Woman Arrested in Slaying of Man

A 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder Tuesday, a day after a tip led detectives to a shallow grave and the body of Jeffrey Segale, 37.
Teresa Kariger was booked at the Lancaster sheriff’s station. Authorities did not discuss the relationship between Kariger and Segale.
