Ruling: A New York judge has barred TV chef Rocco DiSpirito from the site of his reality TV show, “The Restaurant,” and has told Jeffrey Chodorow, DiSpirito’s financial backer, that he could walk away because the place was operating at a loss. The show had aired on NBC.
