Dance elite earn stamps of approval

Four of the 20th century’s top choreographers were honored Tuesday on U.S. postage stamps.
The new 37-cent stamps feature Alvin Ailey, George Balanchine, Agnes de Mille and Martha Graham, who were among the country’s most innovative dance figures.
The stamps were unveiled at ceremonies at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center’s Victoria Theater and go on sale nationwide today.
