Rumsfeld to Give Talk at West Point Graduation

Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld will deliver the commencement address May 29 at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
About 900 cadets will receive bachelor of science degrees and be commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army during the ceremony at Michie Stadium.
President Bush addressed the Class of 2002, giving a speech that focused on the war on terrorism.
