Woman Found Dead in Home

Westminster police responding to a “shots fired” call Monday afternoon found a woman dead in her home, authorities said.
The name of the woman, described by a police spokesman as “in her 50s,” was not released.
“We’re trying to sort things out,” said Lt. Kevin Baker of the Westminster Police Department.
He said officers were summoned to a home in the 5800 block of Lancashire Avenue about 4 p.m. A firearm was discovered at the residence and police were questioning two male family members, but no arrests had been made.
