Nurse Pleads Not Guilty to Sexual Battery

A temporary nurse has pleaded not guilty to charges he fondled two mentally disabled patients at a hospital, officials said.
Michael Thomas Riddick, 47, of Corona allegedly fondled the women, aged 51 and 63, during visits to Brea Community Hospital in February, Orange County Deputy Dist. Atty. Craig Cazares told Associated Press.
Riddick entered his plea Tuesday to two felony counts of sexual battery on an institutionalized victim, two felony counts of a lewd conduct and misdemeanor elder abuse charges, Cazares said.
