Enterasys Ex-Exec Pleads Guilty to Fraud

A former executive at Enterasys Networks Inc., a maker of computer-networking equipment, pleaded guilty to participating in a plan to distort the company’s reported revenue, the U.S. Justice Department said.

The plea by Anthony L. Hurley, 34, of Massachusetts, came one day after federal prosecutors in New Hampshire obtained indictments against three other former company executives. Hurley was an assistant controller of Enterasys, formerly based in Rochester, N.H., and now based in Andover, Mass.
