Man Sought in O.C. Tot’s Death

An arrest warrant has been issued for a man suspected of beating to death his girlfriend’s 8-month-old son, Santa Ana authorities said Tuesday.
Ismael Hernandez, 24, a cook who worked at several Orange County restaurants, has many aliases, police said. He was previously identified by police as Jorge Delgado.
The boy, Erick Alvirio, was found Sept. 15 in the couple’s Fairview Street apartment by his mother. Police urged restaurant managers and employees to be on the lookout for Hernandez.
