Woman Held in Beating Death of 81-Year-Old

An 81-year-old woman was beaten to death Tuesday and authorities detained a 51-year-old female relative as a suspect, according to a sheriff’s deputy.
Authorities were called to a home in the 8300 block of Dorothy Street at 6:50 p.m.
Deputies would not name the victim or suspect nor would they specify their relationship.
