Preschoolers have parents hitting the bottle.
A whiskey fundraiser is planned by parents and staff of the Children’s Center of San Lorenzo Valley, which learned its Santa Cruz County grant would be cut for a second year.
Staff and parent board members hired Ray Pearson of Buena Park, who will introduce area residents to the finer points of single-malt Scotch at a $35-a-person fundraiser Saturday.
