Murder Trial for Mom in Big Bear

A San Bernardino County judge on Wednesday ruled that there was enough evidence to warrant a trial for a Big Bear woman accused of murdering her 4-year-old daughter.
For two years, Sharon Gill, 47, told relatives that her daughter, Lillian, was being treated for autism in a facility in Milan, Italy.
Acting on a tip from a relative in February, police arrested Gill on suspicion of murder.
