Impossibly Easy Bacon Pie
Dear SOS: About 30 years ago, there was a quiche recipe printed on the Bisquick box. I’m wondering if you can find it?

Dear Jolette: We found this recipe on Betty Crocker’s Web site (www.bettycrocker.com). I hope this is the recipe you’re after.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until cooked through and crispy, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle the bacon, cheese and onion in the pie plate. In a bowl, whisk together the baking mix, milk, pepper and eggs. Pour into the pie plate.
Bake the pie until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
