Baseball: Jeff Suppan is Crespi’s new freshman coach

Recently retired major leaguer Jeff Suppan has been hired as the coach of Encino Crespi’s freshman team.
Suppan, who graduated from Crespi in 1993, spent 17 years in the majors as a pitcher.
“He’s asking a million questions,” varsity Coach Scott Muckey said. “He’s very detailed.”
